Through its associated company, CIEL Properties Ltd, jointly owned by Deep River-Beau Champ and CIEL Investment, the Group is active in real-estate and tourism with a view to exploiting the property development potential of its land assets.

CIEL Properties Ltd is the developer of Anahita Resort, a world class integrated resort development in Mauritius. The project is under development on approximately 213 hectares of land at Beau Champ with 6km sea frontage and will consist of the following:

	Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita, a luxury hotel located partly on the main land and partly on Ile aux Chats Island, with ninety one guests suits managed by Four Seasons.
	Forty five world class luxury whole ownership Four Seasons villas for sale, among which thirty five will be integrated to the rental pool of the hotel.
	325 luxury private residences comprising of seventy waterfront residences, two hundred estate villas, fifteen golf villas and forty golf lodges.
	An 18-hole, par 72 championship Ernie Els signature golf course designed by the South African champion Ernie Els.

Anahita is being developed under the Integrated Resorts Scheme (IRS) introduced in 2002 by the Mauritian government to facilitate investment and acquisition of luxury residences by foreigners. Considering the huge investments, size of the project and quality of various partnerships, Anahita is by far the most important current IRS project in Mauritius. It had been shortlisted, in the Best Development category, at the International Property Award 2006. The overall project cost is approximately Rs 15 billion and started construction in January 2006 and will be delivered in several phases from end of 2007 until 2010.

Anahita's vision is to create one of the most prestigious world class integrated resort to the world. To succeed, leading partners were selected at every level. The hotel, developed by the CIEL Group in partnership with Kingdom Hotel Investment, will be managed by Four Seasons Resorts, one of the world leaders in luxury hotels, with prestigious references such as Georges V or. Villas are marketed by Playground (www.anahitamauritius.com) , from the Canadian group Intrawest, one of the leaders in development and management of real-estate projects. Architectural concepts and interior design were entrusted to Wimberley Allison Tong & Goo, the world leader in architectural projects for hotels and Richmond International, specialist of interior design for hotels for some forty years.
