Holder of a Bachelor of Commerce and qualified as Chartered Accountant - South Africa, he joined the group in 1989 where he was appointed as Head of Finance of New Island Clothing Ltd. In 1995, he was appointed as General Manager of Aquarelle Clothing Ltd and promoted as Chief Operating Officer of the Clothing Operations. Since June 2006, he is the Chief Executive Officer of CIEL Textile Group.

Albert Rousset

Holder of a National Higher Diploma in Fashion Design from Natal Tecknikon South Africa, he joined Consolidated Fabrics Ltd in 2000 as Product Development Manager. He then moved to Aquarelle Clothing Limited in 2003, where he held the same position until his appointment as Creative Director of CIEL Textile group in 2006. He was promoted to the post of Creative and Marketing Director of CIEL Textile group in July 2008.

Eric DORCHIES

Holder of a diploma from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Paris, he joined the Group in 1998 as General Manager of Consolidated Fabrics Ltd and was appointed as Managing Director of Aquarelle Clothing Ltd in 2003. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the woven cluster since July 2008 and will therefore be also responsible of Consolidated Fabrics Limited.

Pascal Walter

Holder of a diploma from l'Ecole Nationale Superieure des Industries Textiles of Mulhouse, he joined the group in 2002 and was appointed as Head of Project of Consolidated Fabrics Limited. He was promoted to Head of Production in 2005 and as General Manager in 2006. He has been appointed as Executive Director of Consolidated Fabrics Limited since July 2008.

Nicolas Maigrot

Holder of a BSC in Management Sciences at the London School of Economics, he joined Floreal Knitwear in 1989. He joined Aquarelle Clothing Limited in 1998 as Executive Director in the Bottoms Division, which closed during the Madagascar political crisis. He was then appointed for a short period as Chief Executive Officer of Aquarelle Clothing Limited's shirt's division in 2002. During that same year, he was appointed as Executive Director of Floreal Knitwear Ltd. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Knitwear and Knits Clusters since March 2008.

Jean-Baptiste de Spéville

Holder of a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Natal, RSA, and a MBA from the Edinburgh Business School, he joined Ferney Spinning Mills Limited in May 2006 as General Manager after 13 years spent in the beverages industry. He was appointed as Executive Director of FSM, CDL and CDFL in July 2008.
